Retired now. Nuclear power plant operations for 40 years. Got the regular 9 Federal Holidays, every year, never MLK.

Chemical manufacturing is where I get a paycheck and benefits plans. Real estate on the side.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I have been retired from employment since my wife had a stroke in 2017. Now I pretty much work 24/7 365 but at least I didn’t lose her. Before I worked in a natural gas powered power plant as the outage manager.
