There are reports of over 4 inches of snow in parts of Abilene.

I've got about the same over here and still coming down pretty good, they're saying locally we could get 8-10.

Its difficult to believe that this is a milder winter in relationship to other recent ones. I remember driving over the causeway at Port Lavaca and seeing ice on the pilings.

I woke up this morning and Comanche county and it was coming down got pretty sporty getting over to 281 but once I got to 281 it was treated snow turn to rain about the time I got the 20 and then it quit raining about Weatherford.

I saw one car in the ditch going the opposite direction of course I had to turn around and help them out fortunately I did it was an older gentleman. I never really felt any ice but it was some of the heaviest snow I personally have ever seen. Driving was difficult because of visibility.
