Lol,

New up date, I stand corrected, it actually does work, but takes more does(>5). If you don't succeed the first time, you won't get a second either. Gigs up.

You have to understand with the "stature" of the hunter that the "Big Deal" is "guiding"....his hunter can easily get lost in knee high grass.... peep
Of course hunting with the "Big Deal"...any hunter can just follow the trail of "lost" items back to the truck.

A thread in Hunting Gear section about a used cap found on craigslist may go on to be the longest running thread ever. I only see it ever ending until "someone" gets sick on sausage links, or "someone" becomes TOO big of a deal, or "someone" starts hunting all day every day and just leaves us to remember what used to be.

Unfortunately NF IS TO OVERGRASSED to loose him in the grass

Let's just say this trip is a very normal trip for me.

I guess the biggest question would be what does it cost to hire the “big deal” as a guide?

Do you perform guide services in barter for items in the lost and found, or do you just want cold hard devalued cash?

Lol, actually current client is worse then me at loosing stuff.

Best thing about being a Big Deal, is you get to choose your clients.

If I have any openings you may or may not know about it....... smile

STX is really excited about elk hunting this year with me!!!! Going to be so much fun.

Pretty sure the mild mannered, even flowing, calm one is only seeing opportunity. Likely to bring an extra empty back pack to pick up the "things" he finds along the way. Bet he lets you take the lead.

A hunt with the "Big Deal" is more like an Easter egg hunt when I was a toddler........just the rewards are amplified......even so much that I just purchased this for my new hunting rig....not for hauling game home but all the collectables I pick up on and after the hunt.....it even has a fire extinguisher included...

I told you he was excited. Back in December he was talking about how he really needs a big bull elk.

Y’all youngsters probably don’t even know what a “party line” phone line is. It’s when multiple households shared a phone line and you could listen in on others conversations. Kinda like this thread—that was fun an this is fun. Y’all carry on...we’ll be listening.

I still have the original phone that my grandparents got in the 50's at the old farm from back when they put a phone in. There were 4 people on that partyline and our ring was a long and a short IIRC. My aunt and uncle had a cafe in a small town and they only had a pay phone in the cafe. My aunt would call my grandma and the let the phone ring once and hang up..it was a signal for my grandma to call her back...it was so my aunt did not have to put money in the pay phone for the call... roflmao

I thought you were killing something today? You might as well go buy an elk tag and kill it...cause I ain't wasting valuable deer hunting time to hunt for an elk. loco
