Happiness is an onion free meatloaf. Most people, restaurants, etc. put WAY too much onion in their meatloaf. They should just call it onionloaf.
I am not allergic to onions, I just can't stand them.
Great looking meal Blank.

The wife makes meatloaf 1/2 venison and 1/2 wagu burger. Dang good
Blank just needs a couple of biscuits added to that meal.

I always get a lot of hamburger made up from my deer each year. I convinced my wife that a lot of chopped up bell peppers along with a moderate amount of onion really give the meatloaf some kick. She has gotten to the point she always makes two of them at one point, so I'll be eating meatloaf sandwiches for days afterwards. That's called Reverse Stuffed Bell Peppers...
