New to THF and have attempted two or three PM's in the classified section and none of them have been recieved. I am sure I am doing something wrong but don't know what it is. Any help would be greatly appreiciated

thanks for the help I will eventually get it. I did just read the rules for the classified section and it says something about you most have 100 posts or 6 months or purchase a membership, am I reading that correctly I am new to THF so maybe that is why my PM's are not posting
