I’ve been on a baking kick lately. Made this last night, Rasberry dark chocolate cheesecake with home made whip cream and dark chocolate shavings. Yep, really love cheesecake. Being raised on the East Coast, I'm more of a New York-style sour cream topping kinda guy. BUT, I'll never turn any of them down. Any fruit, especially cherries or raspberries. Strawberry is OK too. Lemon preserves and zest sounds weird, but puts the capital Z in zing  Not so crazy about shaved chocolate, but Hot Fudge makes a good coating. I will also put a lot of candied pecans on some, and tear that up!!!

That looks amazing. I don't bake much. But everyone needs to have a good desert incase they ever need it. I hardly ever bake anything. These are the only two things I have baked in the last year. The German Chocolate Cake was my mothers recipe that I had never made and not eaten since she passed in 97. It was great if I do say so myself, and I do. The picture of the bread was awesome, but it ended there . At the end of the day, bread is still just bread.
