7 yrs as a service advisor - got tips all the time for how I handled my customers, even got Christmas cards, gifts on holidays, etc.

3 yrs as a service manager - 3 years of dealing with General Motors headaches and the Karens

The tips werent worth it

Tipping your service manager at a car dealership is blowing my mind, I've never even heard of it until tonight.

If I see you often enough to feel the need to give you a Christmas card or a gift, I might give you one right before I trade my vehicle in for one from a different manufacturer. And I’m giving you one because I would have to assume you’re dealing with a lot of [censored] if I’m in there that often.
