Tried something different on recently shot crane opening weekend. Sliced up a breast about 1/2” thick and cut in squares. Then marinated the chunks in Claudes Fajita seasoning for a couple hours. Place on skewers with jalapeño, purple onion and bacon slices. Grill until bacon is done. Kid even ate these and she is one picky eater.
