Just got done talking to them. There's multiple reviews that state the issue. They refunded me my $21 & told me to keep the one I received.

I received 8- 5 qt bottles of oil but ordered 6- 5 qt case of 3. After much wrangling with customer service I received a refund of all my money and a $300 credit to purchase the rest of the oil. Win win for me.
