How about some new windows? Get rid of those old aluminum windows that are costing you a fortune in electricity and noisy. We can install new vinyl, low e, double pane, argon filled and energy star rated windows for much less than you think! White, taupe, and khaki are standard pricing. We can also do bronze outside and white inside or black outside and white inside for a little more. We also do frameless shower doors.

Just installed these last week! Custom metal doors. Single and double. They look great and not nearly as expensive as you might think!

We can install Pella fiberglass/composite windows at a fraction of the cost of a Renewal By Anderson window. If you've ever been quoted by Renewal by Anderson than you know what I'm talking about! I'm installing 21 Pella fiberglass windows in Crowley next month when they come in. Renewal quoted them $55,000. I was able to offer the Pella window, which in my opinion is a better window anyway, for just over 20k. Don't confuse these with the vinyl windows! They are not the same. Vinyl would have been much cheaper but the wife was dead set on the fiberglass windows so there you go! Anyway if you're getting quoted by Renewal or if you want to see what the difference would be between vinyl and fiberglass windows just hit me up!

We can also do coatings for metal and flat roofs. Residential or commercial. Acrylic coatings for sloped roofs and silicone for flat roofs. Much cheaper than replacement plus the benefit of being a tax write off as it’s considered maintenance and it offers energy savings as well. I do everything! Rehabs for investors, kitchen/bathroom remodels, paint/siding, roofing, porch covers, etc. Not much we don't do. I have scaled up pretty well so depending on what it is I'm usually a week or two out. I have done work for the owner of TFF/THF JP Greeson, Steve Hummert on here as well as many many other TFF and THF guys and gals. I've been around a while and have a good name among members. Probably more on TFF than here. That big house was a TFF members house in Midlothian. Doug Moulder is his name. I'm sure they would all be more than happy to tell you about me!

Vinyl deteriorates in the summer heat. My house was built in 1970 with aluminum windows. They rattle. It’s a tell-tale noise akin to squeaky wooden floors. Those windows are still on the job every day after 52 years. I don’t see a vinyl window frame holding up for much past 10 years with the sun exposure.

How much a sq ft? No stem walls.

It would depend on size and condition of concrete. It would start at $5.50 a sq foot and would go from their pending size and condition of concrete! Even for new builds there is quite a bit of prep involved to do it correctly. Floor preparation, diamond grind entire floor, smooth out imperfections, fill in cracks, fill in un-even concrete openings and create a porous surface for material to adhere to. Apply epoxy coating, full broadcast of flakes and 1 coat of high gloss polyaspartic
