Tonight I got skrewed by the Uber driver not paying attention so I made my cheap-o filets, some taters and cut some grape tomatoes in half, fresh black pepper and some garlic salt with a drizzle of balsamic reduction over the top.
I must say, not too shabby
I will admit, the taters are ne of my cheats. I always take some herb butter from them and pour over the filet. It’s a win-win.
