I made this last weekend using bottom round roast on my pellet smoker using Cabela`s Hickory Jerky seasoning. It was as good or better than any I have ever bought(I haven`t bought much) at a store.

Some of the best jerky I have tasted was by a guy that used a Dr Pepper jerk recipe. He said marinate the meat in a marinade of Dr Pepper, with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and other spice you like. No Worcestershire or soy sauce. .
