Benny Richards who covers Hunt County is my favorite. A non-nonsense guy who still finds room to cut folks some slack when it seems appropriate.

Without question, my least favorite is Jennifer Provaznik who works the Galveston area. I bet she wakes up every morning wondering how many tickets she'll get to write that day.

That gal in Galveston thinks she's kinda special. The rest of them seem to be ok.

Sounds like someone has a problem with Game Wardens enforcing the Parks and Wildlife code. Based what I've seen, she gives nuggets to the tons of illegals there who keep whatever they want and most don't even have a fishing license. More power to her as far as I'm concerned.

The episode where Benny ran across a couple of squatters out of California was quite humorous, especially given the "left-wing hippy" attitude of the woman.

I like the show when they are after poachers or giving out tickets for no fishing license but when they are on an emergency run to get a possum out of some old lady's garage I go channel surfing.

I like when Morgan Inman and Justin Eddins ride together. I saw Morgan at the Whataburger in Angelo last year but he was in plain clothes. I stared at him for a while trying to figure out how I knew him, didn’t realize it until I left. I bet that weirded him out

I don’t remember their names but the worst one is some nerdy dude that rides through the Offroad park giving everyone tickets

I love it and wish they would ticket everyone who breaks a game and fish law.

NO EXCUSE not to have your chit together while hunting. KNOW the laws. That's why they give you a book to learn.

HUGE respect for all the wardens on the show. Bennie is a favorite... didn't put up with any crap. Congrats on his retirement. Mack Chambers also doesn't put up with BS.

Big fan of these folks laying it on the line. Cool to see all corners of our state, too. And its a shame to see how many idiots break our game and fish laws.

For the record, I could do with way less bird rehab segments.

Galveston Gal, Jennifer, has her hands full. Galveston area is over fished. That area is the closest gulf area from north Texas. No body admits to catching fish. She has gotta be bold.

No licenseing, undersized fish, no respect for natural resources, illegal shrimping, poaching, trespassing.,

All ileagal and dangerous. Ya gotta get thier attention.

I am amazed at the drugs discovered.

Wife had a friends husband killed by a trespassing poacher hunting just after dusk.

She writes a lot of tickets for those who aren't aware of specific regulations concerning the size of fish you're allowed to keep and the ones you have to throw back. No doubt business will get even better now that printed versions of the Outdoor Annual are no longer available.

Surprised so many people have a problem with Jennifer Provaznik. Just like Richards, she is no-nonsense when it come to law breakers/criminals. She is pleasant and friendly when folks are following the law and have the proper licenses. She has her hands full down there with folks that thumb their nose at the law.

It's a good show in a landscape where there are not too many.

I think all of the officers do a good job.

As she should, they know whats up, and she knows they will take their chances. Ever notice most of them have a chit eating grin on their face when caught?

Exactly. As mentioned before, “those people” know what’s up, they just don’t give a damn about our laws. They always play stupid. Trust me on this.

Exactly. As mentioned before, “those people” know what’s up, they just don’t give a damn about our laws. They always play stupid. Trust me on this.

Yep. She is one of my favorite on the show. Sounds like we have some on here than think certain game laws are ok to be ignored.

Mike Boone is the best GW, followed by eddins and inman. Also really like ben Bailey and his wife good folks. You gotta give a credit to ole wei-wei I like her to!

As most stated can’t stand provaznik!!!

Being a LE am sure a lot of this is staged, but there is so many officer safety issues that they ignore but it is probably all staged like most of these shows turn out to be

About 4-5 years ago I caught some gang members with a poached deer and called TP&W to have a warden make our scene. About 30 minutes later, Wei Wei Lin arrived and I gave her the run down on what we had. While talking with her, I couldn't help but notice how big she is. By big I don't mean fat, she towered over me and I'm 5-11. I remember thinking that she could likely kick my azz without issue. She gave them a lifetime worth of tickets too.

Yeah, she is a pretty big gal. Seems to be very intelligent and cool-headed as well. Still, I'm sure she can deliver an effective B-slap when necessary.

Yep, it's pretty ironic that some on here, who are always preaching about hunter education and hunting licenses, apparently have issues with the enforcement of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Code by Game Wardens. Some people have principles, apparently, some don't.

After reading your post Trapper, I couldn't help but notice on tonight's show, she made an average size female look like a midget..I
No offense to the vertically challenged.

She was so nice and very professional, but I was still standing there hoping I didn't say anything to make her angry.

There aren't many I don't like on there. Some of the younger ones seem somewhat like robots. Not a whole lot of personality when dealing with people. They're strictly business, but that is their job I suppose.

My high school (ex)girlfriend is the daughter of a now retired 6'10" game warden. He was surprisingly nice to me given the nature of our relationship, but I always heard he was extremely by the book with his job. Personality reminds me of Benny, probably why I always liked him, too.

He gone. Retired a couple months ago. Good riddance.

Good to know. Thanks.

Benny was a hoot. On the show, and in real life. I live in Greenville and would run into him around town.
After the show first started and he was on it several times several people who knew him started calling him 'Mr TV star'.

Larry, would that have been 'Big John' in Nacogdoches County back in the '80s?? If so, I have a few stories about him from back in my SFA days.

Without question, my least favorite is Jennifer Provaznik who works the Galveston area. I bet she wakes up every morning wondering how many tickets she'll get to write that day.

That the blond lady?

Last episode i watched she gave a verbal warning to some guys fishing with no license and shortly there after saw them fishing again... without a license.... again.... and wrote them a ticket, could just be the folks she has to deal with on a daily basis.

I like most of them.

Least favorite would have to be Randolph McGee.

I never said he was a bad human being or that he wasn't good at his job. He was just my least favorite on the show. up

No sir, this was "Stretch" in Matagorda. I went to SFA, too, but in the early 90's. cheers
