Rosas is pretty good but not as good as some people hype it up to be. I swear there are alot of folks out here in Lubbock that think it is the best Mexican food there is. It ain't that good

I prefer Cabana or even Taco Casa to Rosas. The only thing Rosas does better is the tortillas, and the ones from Cabana are almost as good.

My favorite Mexican "fast food" in that part of the world is Taco Villa. They have 10 of them in Lubbock/Levelland and they have one in Big Spring. When I lived in Big Spring I kept the lights on at the Taco Villa on Gregg St smile.

Oddly enough, the same company that owns Rosas owns Taco Villa and Texas Burger. Go Figure.

Just my .02,
LeonCarr

Bobby Cox Companies doesn't own the Taco Villas in Lubbock, they own all of the other ones though. They also only own the Texas Burgers in West Texas, they are not affiliated with the ones in East Texas.

Missed those Taco Villas when we left Odessa.
