I quit watching the NFL years ago for much less. I really don't watch much sports at all. Especially football it's hunting season for beat sakes.

Having played sports, I've never cared much for watching it as a bystander. And certainly not grown men mking millions of dollars acting as though they're everyones super hero's or that their opinions matter.

We as a family never had any interest in team sports unless you count fishing and hunting as a team sport.

Yes to all questions.......never thought I would say this but I gave up the NFL 3 years ago and going to the movies.....don’t miss either......I spend more time listening to music and outdoors.....a healthy change for me and I have not looked back......when these players start insulting my country and think they are more important than the sport itself I’m out......

I believe the connotation was negative with the Redskins because it notated skin color. None of these other teams do.

I got cedar to cut, hunting/trapping to do, meat to cut up, fencing, varmints to thin. Got no time NFL, NBA, NASCAR, ............then there's reloading, boolit casting. If it's not the grandkids, I'm not watching. Sitting next to a wood stove or a fire under the stars is more better than looking at TV.

The Indians got rid of Chief Wahoo a few years ago. Most of the Tribe thought they were idiots, but as a member, I was smart enough to leave Cleveland as soon as I could.

The changing of names is goofy but doesn't effect me. I quit watching the cowboys during the Terrel Owens years. Used to go to at least one game a year. Then I won't go to AT&T stadium as I'm sternly against using eminent domain for a private project that has nothing to do with public needs whatsoever.

Used to watch a lot of nba then Josh Howard got caught on that short video cussing nthe National anthem. I've not watched a game since. Never was a huge baseball fan and I don't have cable so really I don't get any sports.

Turning my back on the NFL has nothing to do with teams changing names. It has EVERYTHING to do with the anti-American culture they are now promoting with Kapernick leading the way. F'em!!
