That's funny...my wife said I should have bought her one to keep in her Jeep for her grocery store runs. Well, I really didn't need this one so it's hers now.

Ordered may 15 also. No cooler. I’m not sitting on the phone for 40 minutes though.

I've been doing that every day. It still shows "Processing" and "No Tracking Information Yet".

When did you order yours?

I ordered mine on the 15th, I never contacted them, just figured it would come sooner or later and it showed up unannounced. I did not receive any shipping confirmation and online it says processing so that is not necessarily being updated.

I got mine. They delivered it to my neighbor's house.

Mine arrived on Saturday. Pretty nice. I wish I would have ordered two of them.

One of my coolers said something on the box like 711 out of 750 or however many units it was. In other words, I was getting some of the higher count ones and I ordered on 5/15 at 10 PM. Not saying this is a "definite" but if they were organized then they fulfilled mine toward the end of the line of the container, pallet, whatever

Just got off the phone with Leslie’s Pool. The lady I spoke with said my order is marked cancellation and she’s not sure if I’m getting the cooler, or a refund. She said she’d call me back today. Looks like I’m going to miss out even though I placed my order the same day as many of you who already received theirs.

Well that sucks. I still don't have mine, either. I'll call today and see. I ordered mine fairly early, as well.

Mine will probably get canceled too and that’s bs. I ordered within an hour of it being posted on here.

Also, if you call them through their customer service option for new online orders they disconnect you after a short message about being really busy. Select you want to place an order and they’ll answer. This company is total bush league.

Ordered on the 17th. Nothing. Sent an email first thing this morning. Still waiting on a reply.

Just sat on hold for 42 min and the guy finally answered. Said my orders were showing to be shipped in the next 24-48 hrs. I placed an order for one on 5/15, and a second order for two more on 5/16.

We shall see.

So I just called the local store and they had 3 left in stock at the Allen location. I said forget it and just went and bought all 3.

I’m planning on cancelling the 3 I bought with my online orders tomorrow. They said they were supposed to ship within 24-48 hours a little while ago, but I don’t have much faith. I figured a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.

FYI... There are a few more at locations around town, but not many. They said Sherman has 5.

Still waiting - ordered on 15th, and then follow up call on 28th. They sent a tracking email at the same time. Did hit my CC, so they have their money, but I do not have my order!!!! Said please give 3-5 business days, so hanging on for now.

Got an email today that says my order has shipped with a tracking number. I ordered on the 15th.

Ordered on the 15th and received Fedex tracking number this morning, scheduled delivery date is 6/5. I went by the local Leslie Pool store in Arlington, TX and they had several in stock but were marked $89 and the employee said the in store $49 sale ended on 5/31 and wouldn't honor the sale price.

Never seen so much excitement about and attention paid to an ice chest.
