I remember when the entrance ramps on 75 in north Dallas had the suicide entrance ramps back in the 80’s.

A yellow speed sign is simply a suggestion. A white speed sign is the posted speed limit.
Ramp signs are almost always yellow as a warning to slow down due to a curve or high traffic area.
Look it up That's what I learned in a different state in 1989(?).
