Fully Insulated with interior walls installed
Carpet
Breaker panel installed along with wiring/outlets/switches
HD TV antenna with hookups inside and on porch
It does need a new window pane (see pic). Window cracked when we moved the window unit.

Located near mineral wells.

Forget to mention it has a breaker panel and is fully wired for electricity in my original post.
