I am really thinking Egg Roll for when I hand it to the wife she says "Tanks Ahss Ho"

Truth: I was just being a Dork with his one

rolled egg ... omelet typically cooked egg like picture 1 with "stuff" added on one side or down the middle, then folded in half or each side folded over (trifold) with all the stuff in the middle ... but I guess you could add stuff across the cooked egg, then roll and it would have stuff in the middle and be considered an omelet... semantics probably...

Stub, now to really throw some confusion in. In Castellan spanish, what you are eating is called a "tortilla", which is what the people of Spain call an omelette.
