A bunch of us guys get together regularly and have 22LR shooting contests. Big money changes hands; often as much as 5 bucks to the winner in the 2 categories: rifle and hand gun. We can use any firearm we want to as long as it is as stock as a rock factory offering. No custom works allowed. Any scope, any ammo, any rest. The level of B/S is incredible, and gets worse as the day progresses. A manure fork, hip boots and an extremely thick skin are standard "accessories." A couple of the guys have been using Ruger Precision Rifles, and they've been scooping up most of the "gold" here lately. I just saw this ad by Ruger and it sounds like an interesting rifle that I could compete with at our matches. I'll see if I can get my hands on one of them and give you a report on how it and I do! https://www.ruger.com/products/americanRimfireLRT/specSheets/8378.html

Lot of guys over on the ole snipers hide say this model is a epic fail, but I’ll say them dudes are vudoo, and cz/tika custom snobs..
I like the looks of it, I hope it shoots well I was considering one for my boy to shoot in some of these matches that pop up every once in a while.

Agree tab but not all scopes have room to dial that 40.

22" barrel on a rimfire.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.
