 that looks great! I grilled a lot of tilapia on as part of my diet. I like the fillets off the grill with no dressing or tartar/red sauce, just season them with a lot of spices. You ever had tried with your shredded cheese tortillas? I may have to try some tomorrow night for supper. I have not, that's a pretty good idea, cheese tortillas make everything better LOL. You are correct on that one!

I’ve never been a fan of fish tacos either... love fish and love tacos....just not fish tacos...

We like to make tacos with grilled crappie. Either wrap in foil or a net wire grill holder. The crappie falls apart very easily when done. Sure good, though.
