We had ribs and my wife made 3 flavors of wings. Buffalo, garlic parmesan and cilantro lime. Delicious.

Just finished up some empanadas with pulled pork, onions and Monterrey jack cheese. I also made a bbq sour cream dipping sauce.

The duck turned out amazing and the Bearnaise sauce with Capers was excellent. Cooked to a perfect 130 degrees on the pellet smoker.

Thanks, they turned out amazing. Almost too tender for my liking, but everyone loved them. I did the 3-2-1 think if I did baby’s again I’d do 4-1-1 or maybes 3.5-1.5-1.
