My friend gave me this old electric smoker that doesn't really smoke anymore. It was flooded during Harvey a few years ago and hasn't been performing. The electrical components still work and it will still get up to 275°F but hardly any smoke. The box is still in perfect condition and it's "well seasoned" as you can see. So I bought a Bradley smoker for around $100 and took a 5" hole saw and made some improvements.
