Sad. Looks like they got rid of a bad apple. I am glad he was not there for years causing problems. Again There are turds in every occupation, glad they flushed that one.
So he will no longer be able to work as LE? He is done and now looking for a new career? Or is he simply relocating and will be back on the “beat” soon? In LE what does “get rid of a bad apple” mean? Will he simply be a bad apple somewhere else? Where is LE when ya need them? How does LE handle situations like this? Will the LE who did the “nazi” salute ever work in LE again? Let me look into my crystal ball and tell you  The loser is unnamed and no longer working for that department. That’s all any of us know. If you are in LE surely you have witnessed this before. If you are not in LE, ok.
