I am all for this. Age limit for tobacco products including vaping products is now 21 yo nationwide. What a glorious income revenue for the states and municipalities, legal fee's, judicial fee's and then we have the fine itself. If you can't raise taxes then make honest law abiding citizens criminals. Even better lets ban a product they're already addicted to. Genius! In one moronic moment they just created an underground of bootleg tobacco and millions of US citizens criminals. If one wants to raise the age of emancipation then do it all the way down the line and make sure it applies equally, no exceptions. Predatory taxes.
