I feel the most over used trendy phrase is Brick and Mortar! They are called Buildings! Have been for years.

Thanks for the welcomes. Was a member of that other site under a different user name since it was yellow and you could spend hours reading the post between Hardhead, Charles, Mellon, Momma Sohn and an "infamous Rockport guide". Lurked on here forever just wasn't sure I ever wanted to post again.

Oddly the only place I ever have seen "woke" used is on here. And it is usually someone saying it is annoying.
I am about sick of lazy azzes saying "it is what it is" when they just do not want to put out the effort to fix something.
"Reach out" is really annoying
Whatever happened to "program" or "software" everything is an "app" now.
