I’ve learned not to pass on a buck that you would be happy to see on the last day I really hate being in a one buck county. You just never know when a true giant will walk out. I've gone without a deer several time because of thinking this way.

I’ve learned not to pass on a buck that you would be happy to see on the last day There will be a day I promise you will regret that thought....on the flip side, there will be a day you won't regret that (probably this season for you). You shot a NICE deer opening morning. Nice deer WTW...congrats!

There's one in particular that I'm holding out for. Great deer though!
