I'm fixing to build a semi custom rifle using a Tikka T3 .243 (stainless) or .22-250 action (blued). Somebody build me a parts list of what components they would use to build a 6.5 creedmoor and what gunsmith to put it together for me.
I am looking for a rifle to carry to a box stand and shoot off a table I have built in the stand, so weight really isn't a factor. Will be shooting it suppressed also. This will be my first "build" so any input/advice is much appreciated.

That's a damn good looking rifle and is definitely the list I was looking for. I just really need to use one of the actions I already have instead of buying one outright.

Jason, question about your build. Did it start life as a CTR, or is that a standard action that you mated with the CTR bottom metal in that stock?

Second option.
Tikka T-3, Tikka CTR same action, bolt trigger. Way better stock on this one.
It's a 1/4 MOA rifle, for real.

I'm totally one to loves the whole tacticool thing in general so I think the T3x Tac is an awesome value. $1800 for a tikka sitting in a fully adjustable chassis just seems like a steal.
I'm a dude who likes long barrels!

I found a guy selling his BNIB APR 6.5 Creedmoor for $2,300... would i be better off buying smthn like that than piecing a Tikka together? What are the components ? Some APR are premium parts and best of the barrels and some are just good to very good components. It’s not rocket science to know how much the components cost. Factor in 15-45 week wait times for some components etc. and the. Build times

Tikka 7-08 17" Krieger barrel fitted by Chad's gunsmith, (Tony, I believe). Manners EHTA stock. I love this thing. A little weight but not real heavy. Nice maneuverable length, even with suppressor. It's also accurate!

$3000 for rifle, ammo, DOPE to 800 yards. How many rounds of ammo are included? 200 pieces of brass, 40 were fired during testing, 160 loaded rounds left. All 200 pieces are in MTM Case Guard boxes. Of course, there is a loader's labels in each box.
