Buzz, R26 falls between the 4831 and H1000 burn rate. So, anything around that should work. Exactly where R26 is in burn rate, I'm not 100% sure, but it's close to that. Alliant is strange with their charts on powder burn rate. They only give you burn rate data on Alliant powders. They don't compare them with other Hodgdon, IMR, etc powders. https://www.hodgdon.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/burn-rate-color.pdf

4831 is an option. I have a friend running 23 but with 75's and its been great too.

From using H4831 and 1000 along with H1000 and RL25 and 26I think RL26 is between the Hodgon 4831 and 1000 like Chad said but loser to the burn rate of H1000 than 4831.
How fast you can get the 22 Creed with 90s is a guess, but from a 22-243 with a 27 inch barrel 3200fps wa no problem with RL 25 I had to get to 3200fps before the 90gr VLDs started to group at 100 yards from the 1:8 barrel but did not hold it to 300 so I just went back to 75 and 80 gr bullets which I can run to 3500 or faster.
I remember reading somewhere that the 90gr SMK are very thin jacketed, not sure if that is the case or not but if they are should make for a very dynamic bullet for prairie poodles at long range.

Buzz - Frisco and Argyle aren’t that far apart, if you want to try 4831sc I’ve got a nearly full pound if you want to use it! Chad worked a load up using an 8 lb jug I bought from him, so it will be many moon before I ever used it.
