Wow. That's awesome! 30 hrs on the pit, did you not sleep or what? Adding a little mesquite every 6 hours leaves plenty of time to sleep and drink.....

Can you believe there are some people who wont eat a feral hog? Suckers! lol, that would be me. heck i don't even like to touch them. but this looked so good i had to try it. unfortunately, i only got as far as killing them, hehe. if i get that hungry for pork, i'll get a honey ham from the supermarket. it already has just the right amount of red dye.

After about 24-30 hours on the pit at 225 degrees you would hit it hard!
