Where did you get that knife? Awesome looking grub too! Thanks. That knife is part of a set of custom knives made by Mike C on this forum. The knives, knife box, and a custom metel spoon was a gift to me from a group of friends (THF’ers) I went hunting with. Here’s the whole set. Made from an old saw mill blade.

Gawd all mighty you had ALL that goodness smells in a little ol camper? Drooling right now Skinnerback! Oh and those little fireballs you like so much that I’m askeered of? Ramsey straight up ate some like a real man at the rifle match. It was inspiring.

Looks good. I don't do it often, but I'm a fan of cooking with whole dried chilis.

Skinnerback would be lost if he couldn’t cook with peppers! Or bacon. Lol

Man imagine that with a couple of fried eggs, maybe over some fried corn tortillas.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Funny you said that Sir. I love Korean food, and there's a little hole in the wall that I frequent that serves pork marinated in their chili sauce & kim chi with a fried egg on top that I really like. Served on a hot plate. I thought about making myself a small pan of this with a fried egg or two on top, cut into that egg and let the goodness run out onto the pork, sop it up with corn torts....didn't do it though. Maybe next time.
