Why should that surprise anyone? They are from the Liberal Capitol of the world, been said they are a big Dumbocrap donors, I haven't confirmed it, just heard it. Just the tip of the iceberg of what Liberalturds are going to do to our way of life!

I don't know about their demo connections or contributions, but I would not be one to condemn them over cutting up some firearms. If a court orders the guns cut up, it has to be done. I did it at one time in my old gun shop years ago, for the local PD. The PD would have liked to keep some of the guns for their own use within the dept,, but the court gave them no choice in the matter. Now the same PD takes the court ordered guns to a foundry and they put them under a hammer mill to destroy them. We would all like to see confiscated guns put back into circulation, but the laws will just not allow it. The cutting up of firearms is in itself is nothing to downtalk Benchmade over over as they are simply helping the local PD as they have the tools handy and the means to do the job. The problem with this statement is that the court did not order them or you to cut up the guns, both parties did it for money, i reckon. If they want to make money that way, i can get my knives elsewhere.

Not going to boycott one of the few knife companies in the U.S. that has chosen not to go offshore for additional profit just because they helped their local PD.

No, they just decided to go offshore on their political affiliations by siding with and contributing to anti-guns leftists.

I made no money cutting up firearms for the local PD, just did it as a favor to help them out...and the PD made no money either. I doubt Benchrest did the cutting for the PD to make money either. These discussions can get out of hand with some wild accusations sometimes.

The donations to the anti-gun lobby are a deal breaker for me. I have two of their knives, but I'll never buy another one. Agree. I have a OTF but I'm not gonna toss it.

Never could get behind paying that kind of money for something so trivial to me. Its a pocket knife, they are made for being F'ed up or lost. Flame away but its just another status symbol.

I don’t have such a big problem with them cutting up guns ordered by the court. My issue is finding out they support anti gun politicians. That disqualifies them in my book from getting any more of my business. Yep, I would have not knownotherwise. I’m glad I do now.
