Things with vodka and clear tequila. Also red wine. All really do have medicinal benefits.
Brown liquor has more sugar, and causes more of a hangover.

I don't do it all the time, but vodka and powerade zero. Hydration while getting buzzed, is a win win

Pedialyte and vodak, double win, Stay hydrated as well Sounds like when I used to order a Diet Coke Frostie at Dairy Queen. That was the compromise, Diet Coke and ice cream blended like a milk shake. Anyway I figure you already read up on this. Alcohol turns to sugar. All the other ingredients either add or don't add to the alcohol/sugar calories.

I know many think Gin is nasty, I used to be one of them. I'm not any longer. Is there something that makes Vodka more healthy than Gin? Always looking to be healthier, within reasonable limits.
