Oh heck yes... seasoned and fried. Remove, add onions when half way done add flour and milk (mushrooms if you like them). Add steaks back in and low simmer til done. Side of mashed taters or rice. Fine dining. My favorite sides are macaroni and French fries... gravey on the whole plate naturally

I made HB steak about 5 years ago for the first time . It was really pretty good but have not mad since.
