Boy am I disappointed. I've owned 4 of them, and built one myself. When Toyota stopped building them in 98 it was a shock to all Supra fans. Since then we've been waiting for the return. A twenty year wait , all that anticipation, and this is what they offer up! The ugliest car out there. What do you all think?

A guy in my circle of friends had a 1000hp Supra back in 95-96, been a fan ever since. When they announced the come back I was excited to see what they would release. Looks like a Scion and Alfa Romeo abortion.....

Toyota Supra... Brings back high school memories. I raced one once. A guy I played football with in HS said his Supra could outrun my Camaro. Well, he got the ticket and I didn't. The police clocked me first at 112 mph, and then the Supra at 104 mph. My buddy said the only reason he got caught was because the police was about to get me, then my buddy came along at 104, and he was easier to catch. I laughed so hard! Double win!

Patrick (BIL), if you remember, I think his name was Mario who had the Supra. He was in your class.

I’ve always liked them, but never even been in one. I don’t think it looks that bad, but it’s not great, either.

They left off with the most iconic street car, and came back with the most laughable car.

I wouldn’t ever have one but I pretty much like any rear wheel car, I think. I can’t think of any Japanese rwd that I hated. Don’t dogpile me with stuff. Supra’s always had my respect at all the street races . . . that we heard about.

I think the only bad part about the Supra’s back in the day was they were usually part of the rest of the import crowd. “You wanna bear the most annoying sound in the world?” roflmao

Took one to junior prom. It has sentimental value, which I think about often.

Not true, i had a HKS drager exhaust, damn that thing sounded good. My old car with a swapped 2jzgte, and a borg warner 362 turbo.

Don't confuse the JZ sound with a Pepboys exhausted Civic. A tuned exhaust, turboed Supra sounds amazing, and I'm more of a domestic guy.

This isn't a Supra. This is a BMW that's been rebadged. I have no doubt it's a competent sportscar but this is not Toyota's halo car. What a shame.

I was a fan of the mid 80's Supra. This one really looks like 3rd generation RX7.

Yeah, does Toyota still have TRD since it got rid of all the sport cars? When the 93 supra came out it was a super car, the new supra is just a car. The 93-98 supra MKIV model was 50k plus back in the day. You can buy the new supra for that........don't think they were truly dedicated to this car, which is a shame.

My wife's Lexus RCF is more like a supra then the actual supra.....what a shame. Maybe they spent all the RND money on the lexus side of the company.....?
