1- Remove all fat and silverskin 2 - Grind up lean hog using 1/8" plate 3 - Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. 4 - Add ground Hog, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper, to taste. 5- When fully cooked, add VELVEETA stirring until melted. Keep adding velveeta until it’s more cheese that meat, then add a can of hot rotel and you have my recipe.
