Got it today and took it hunting. Ranged trees and such at over 1000 yards. Ranged a doe at 560 yards, and others at 366, 490, and 501. NOW I have me a real rangefinder. Got it from Euro Optic. Great price.
The Nikon 600 goes to the grandson. The Sig Kilo 1250 went back to the seller.

Great news!
I'm sorry the Sig didn't get the job done. My friend's Sig 2200 will out range my Leica Geovid range finding binoculars. Evidently the Sig 1200 is not in the same category as the 2200.

More range testing...ranged deer this afternoon in the 450 to 490 yard range. It can be hard to hold steady at those distances, but not impossible. This is just the RF I needed.

I would love a longer rf but got more priorities right now. May look at Leica when i do upgrade
