I've heard about Kings Inn but never stayed on that side of Baffin. We stay up in Corpus at Bluffs Landing. The Laguna Reef restaurant there does a great job of cooking your fresh catch. That's their version of cajun redfish on the halfshell in the picture. Some very fine eating indeed.
