*****UPDATE******
I received an email from Rio's customer service manager who was very concerned about the ammo. He said that the ammo was at the least pre 2014 manufacture and came from a time when they manually hand slit wads. He assured me that he would take care of me. He will be issuing a call tag for pickup and he will replace them. I did not realize that their corporate office is in Los Colinas/Irving.
We'll see what they say  Good to hear - hopefully there will be continued good news!

Don't matter what gun, they all look like this. Pattern is externally tight at 40 yards.
