I think it's silly when other schools make a huge deal out of recruiting wars, so I don't do it either.
The games are played in the fall. They are all that count.
I learned long ago you can't reason someone out of something they don't reason themselves into.

No recruiting wars here. Just Herman doing one hell of a job recruiting on a 5-7 season. Games are played in the fall, but they are won and lost in the off season.

Who's ready? How you feeling about the season? I'm thinking a 9 win season is realistic. Now that the team is junior heavy, and from what I hear the defense is really flying around. Offense is coming along.

I won't believe it until I see it. Too many failed seasons since '09.
Will be disappointed if we don't win 9 plus a bowl win.

Football....... They are too busy removing statues on campus, poor team will end up with out a mascot most likely. The Longhorn is a Southern cow species that pulled a few plows and confederate wagons.

Saw in the paper today they are ranked 23rd. After the last few years I'd take that for an end of season ranking!

Saw in the paper today they are ranked 23rd. After the last few years I'd take that for an end of season ranking! That is just crazy after 3 losing seasons being ranked in the preseason poll.

Please be a good year.
