Awesome country out there. We love it. It is a pita doing fence or pen post though

I have built a couple "guzzlers" for water. I have a 600 gallon trough for one of them with a 8x12 guzzler and it stay damn near full even with the little bit of rain we get out there. Might be an idea for you.

It's a Boos Butcher Block. I built the stand/table out of matching Maple with walnut inlay and used stainless pipe for the spreaders. Saved some hundies doing it myself. My woodworking friends talked me out of doing the block for sanitary reasons. You just can't get the tolerance right enough with a garage shop. The Boos should last generations.
