I see (you see too, huh? ). I was not aware of any neck turning setups you could spin with a drill, but I'm not surprised there is such a thing.

Saliva is my lubricant of choice when neck sizing. Even turning by hand creates heat. I will use a caliber higher die to expand just the neck to turn. Then FL resize the case.
One shot is all it should take.
