New Gulf. Open the reply window, click on 5th icon from left above where you type. Click on browse and find the picture you want to post. double click the picture and then click add this file. After you see the picture click save all images and then submit your reply on here and the picture will be there. Photobucket is messing everything up.

I need to step up to the plate and try a brisket with my newish smoker. Chicken, turkey, ribs and sausage have all turned out good so I need to make the jump. Your prep looks on point NG

I'll get up every few hours no issue....will never use anything but a stick burner.

NG gave me his blessing to post my grub on here, post yours up here also up

Thursday am put the rub on the brisket and ribs and into the fridge.
Friday early evening it begins. Smoked the ribs for 2 1/2 hours, brisket 7 hours.
After I pulled them off late Friday, put them back in the fridge. Going to finish them off in the oven on Sunday for dinner.

Time to pull the ribs.

Out of the oven Sunday 5:30 and we are good to go.

On one of the racks of ribs I put Sweet Baby Rays Chipotle & Honey BBQ sauce, it was all good my friends.
