 What to feed fallow?

I've got a small herd of fallow showing up on my small acreage LF place. They are hammering my protein. Anything else in addition to the protein that i can put out to encourage them to stick around? Alfalfa? Chaffhaye?

Buy a ton bale of alfalfa, cant go wrong with that and should last a good while

If fallow know there is food they will keep showing up . Make sure feeder doesn't go dry
