Made these beans from scratch which is a first for me. Because I already had the smoker going for the ribs and chicken i thought 'what the heck' and threw them on for about 4 hours.
these beans may be one of the best dishes i have ever made hand down, and they were even better cold the next day.

Looks great!! Whenever I do s brisket on my water smoker I'll add a bak of beans and stuff to te water pan under the bisket for the last hour or so. The brisket drippings make for a great pot of beans.

looks good! I've done it a few times but holy cow is it hard to clean the pot when done ... my wife makes me keep mine out in the garage they smell of smoke so much.
