Ribs and chicken, turned out great. Post oak smoke and really liked the way they taste.
Call me crazy but my Mustang was just sitting so my son bought it and I got my smoker. Who knew the sticker price on a '69 Mustang is about the same as a Yoder Durango today.

Forgot to take a pic, but our cool evenings this past weekend allowed me to also smoke about 4 pounds of various cheeses.
Going to do a few pounds of sea salt soon. It takes a while but turns out really good.

I make my own smoked seasoning salt using salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder ... great on just about anything.

nice looking pit set up ... similar arrangement to my LyfeTyme.

I make some jalapeno sea salt along with my different smoke flavors.
I'm going to try some "moist" flake sea salt for my next batch, hoping it will take the smoke faster.
I also will smoke a 4 color peppercorn blend for smoked, cracked pepper.

The Yoder has been great so far. The quality is very nice, the welds are very uniform and I just need a little gasket to seal one spot that bleeds smoke on the door.
