 Shipping from US to Africa

Anyone have any experience with shipping capes and antlers/Skulls from the US to Africa? I have a friend coming in December and he plans to shoot whitetail and axis. Going to help him line up shipping just wasn't sure of the laws etc. I have had plenty trophies shipped here from there but they just salt the hide and clean the skulls not sure that accepted here are they need to be tanned before shipped.
Any input is appreciated.
