Not sure if its the same as the nightshade we got but if you have a very dry grass scarce year you need to remove it or the livestock... jacks are the worst about eating it for some reason.... or a really really really hungry cow

With that flower it does look like the Solanaceae Of the Night Family . Grows around my home lawn constantly .

If that is what it is they will take over an acre or lot in no time . One has stickers big time from top to bottom while the other has no or very little stickers at all . I hate them myself . I've pulled a lot of them being scattered in my yard . Those hair like stickers are hard to see once they have stuck you so usually I have to wait a couple days for the sticker to turn my skin red around it .

Yep, nightshade. Hit them with some 2,4-D or Roundup.

I've got it in my pasture too. Hit it with some MSMA and it will die.
