Spypoint Link Evo AT&T 4G is around $200 and plans from $0-15/mo looking pretty good. Anyone use this brand camera?

Yes we use it. Ok camera, but it goes through batteries quickly. I would go with the solar panel charger. Make sure you cover the wires or the mice/rats/coons will eat the wires. The pics post to a website. You can control the camera through your phone/tablet.

I had a Verizon version, worked great for a year with solar charger and etc til someone wanted it more then me.
