Question for all you knife guys. I have these three old knifes that were my grandfathers. His dad had a general store and did some butchering. I've been told these knives belonged to him. I would love to hear anything about these knives. Guesses on age, history etc would be awesome.

The clever is unmarked. Has a good amount of surface rust and it will be restored soon.

The slicer says Blue Diamond Butchers Pride on the blade and handle.

The small knife is really cool and is a KA-Bar.

I can take better pics if that would help with ID. Thanks for looking.

I have an old cleaver, no name, that I put a new handle on. It's 7 inches which is a lot of handle. Never really used it.

The Ka-Bar is a skinning knife. If it's high carbon steel it will take a nice edge. Interesting looking knife.

I also have an old butcher knife like that, no name, high carbon steel, 13 inch blade, bought it somewhere, cleaned it up and have never used it.

I sometimes drop by Estate sales looking for that stuff.

I too have an old cleaver that was my grandfathers. Plan on cleaning it up and making a new handle for it.

Found this one at an estate sale a couple of weeks ago. I'll get it cleaned up and some scales put on it when I get time.

I have a very old slicer knife like your Blue Diamond. I cannot find any markings on it though...the blade is some thinner than yours. Maybe due to use and age.
